The benefit of Group sessions:
- An affordable way to train
- Groups of friends (best with 4-6 people) working together with varied goals or fitness levels
- It is a great way to spend time with friends and family as well as getting some exercise in.
- Can be in or outside – in Parks or Woods
- Private sessions can be at a time to suit you
This works well with new Mums, work colleagues in lunch hour, friends after work etc.
