- Small group training – where a group of friends or families (best with 4-6 people) can work together with varied goals or fitness levels
- It is a great way to spend time with friends and family as well as getting some exercise in.
- Can be in or outside – at home or in Parks or Woods
- Private sessions can be at a time to suit you
- This can also be done online with private sessions organised – sessions can be done live or privately uploaded to youtube and done when you choose.
This works well with new Mums, work colleagues in lunch hour, friends after work etc.
